Here is your opportunity to discuss your tailoring needs - alterations, custom tailoring or bespoke design. Consultations are up to 60 minutes for alterations and custom tailoring. Bespoke consultations are up to 90 minutes. Additional consultation time can be purchased in increments of 30 minutes. Nonrefundable consultation fees go toward the total cost.

Returns up to 7 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges only for store credit.

Items that are damaged beyond repair and can no longer circulate are considered damaged items. Examples of damage include: offensive odors, water damage, stains, tears in fabrics or broken retail products, missing parts of sets, etc.
